KeyShot Render Farm FAQ

  • What is the advantage of a dedicated render farm?

    Having a dedicated render farm via 3D Off The Page is no different than having the farm on site! Plus, KeyShot Network Rendering software is installed at no extra cost and with no server or software administration requirements.

  • What is the availability of a dedicated render farm?

    Monthly and weekly farms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 6-month and yearly farms have guaranteed availability.

  • Can I access more short-term power?

    Yes, all farms can be scaled up in 64-core increments. Monthly pricing will receive a new pro-rated month added at the time of scale. Yearly pricing may be scaled at any time and is pro-rated for the final length of the term.

  • What discounts are available?

    Discounts are available for dedicated render farms that are scaled beyond 128 cores.

  • What support options are available?

    3D Off The Page offers complete setup and support of the KeyShot Network Rendering software. While we can offer suggestions, all user network preferences and issues will be the responsibility of your IT department. However, we can offer limited usage support (materials, lighting, render settings, etc.)

  • Does 3D Off The Page provide any other services?

    We also offer a KeyShot scene optimization service where we optimize your file for better results and/or faster render times. Professional KeyShot artists analyze your file for ways in which each aspect, including render settings, can be optimized for your scene which can be used as a reference for your future scenes as well.
